When will products that are out of stock be restocked?
Most of our collections contain exclusive fabrics and materials. As a result, every single product we produce has the potential to sell out, and be gone forever.If a product you love is out of stock, add yourself to the waitlist by clicking "GET NOTIFIED WHEN WE RESTOCK" button on the product page. You will be the first to know when and if that product is remade.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
Unfortunately, we do not currently sell to wholesalers at this time.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer free shipping to domestic customers that order over $150. Please read our shipping policy.
Do we handle custom orders?
No, unfortunately we do not currently handle custom orders. If at some point in the future we decide to start doing custom collaborations and special orders, you'll be sure to know about it through our newsletter and/or website and social media profiles.
Do you collaborate with influencers?
We handle all collaborations on a case-by-case basis. If you have a special request, please email celia.pale[at]tombasana.com with your inquiry. The more details you provide, the better. Please don't forget to include a callback number and the best time to reach you.
I have ordered with you several times; how come i don't receive free shipping
We currently only offer free shipping on domestic orders over 150 euros. We have many customers who order every collection with us (and have been for years) who always pay the shipping costs, unless they spend more than 150 euros.
